By confirming a booking, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, ensuring a refined and seamless experience.

1. Services

Naana’s Kitchen offers bespoke private dining and catering services tailored to each client.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit. The deposit secures the date and is non-refundable.

3. Pricing & Payments

Final balance must be settled no later than 72 hours prior to the event.

4. Cancellation Policy

More than 14 days: partial refund may be considered. 7–14 days: deposit retained. Less than 7 days: full amount due.

5. Guest Count

Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 72 hours prior. Reductions after this will not affect pricing.

6. Allergies

Clients must declare allergies in advance. No liability for undeclared allergies.

7. Liability

Naana’s Kitchen is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control or improper food handling after delivery.

8. Force Majeure

No liability for delays or failure due to unforeseen events beyond reasonable control.

9. Jurisdiction

Governing law: Switzerland. Place of jurisdiction: Ticino.
